Extends the timetable availability

This is an extension of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology official time table planner (https://admlu65.ust.hk/).
It unblocks restrictions of the planner before the validation period and allow to look back pvious schedule.
The main feature of this extension is to allow planner access of the upcoming semester.
此插件解除"validation period" 限制，允许用家于香港科技大学官方时间表编辑器提早设计时间表，及查看过往学期曾编排的时间表。
此插件主要功能为提早编排下一个学年之时间表。


Add this extension, go back to the planner, refresh and you are all set.
加入此插件，返回编辑器及按F5，完成
